Product Description

This laptop is everything I have been trying to find! We are currently a university student who needed something cheap, powerful, and sufficiently small for transportation. This laptop is quite light yet feels very sturdy and well-built so I don't worry about it breaking going from class to class. Battery life when getting used to search the internet or follow power points is approximately 4.5 hours, might be better but that's all I need. Its quickly which enable it to complete any homework assignment you will need!

This machine does a great job. Multimedia and in many cases slight gaming would be fine. I tested Sims 3 and cod with this laptop and was really suprised from the frame rates (please note this is simply not a gaming a piece of equipment) . It gets 5/5 for performance because i like the fact that it has 6GB of ram as well as an Amd quad core processor plus a decent graphics processor. The screen is also bright and displays adequately 1366x768 may be the max resolution the little bit more than 720p hi-def

I originally bought the k55n to learn Warcraft on, which in recent patches has become a more visually demanding MMORPG. The AMD A8 are designed for the graphics on high and ultra, though some minor lag can take place on ultra along with the graphics are evident and crisp without washing out or appearing too cartoony. I haven't had the opportunity to test the Bluetooth, however the Ethernet port design is intriguing and so far it seems to be an excellent laptop. I haven't had problems with the screen like Someone said another owner had and also the 2-3 second resume is amazing.

Pros:
- great graphics/audio
- great speed
- easy to use keyboard

Cons:
- Space between the screen and lid cover makes popping sound on left side/some plastic feels flimsy or not solidly supported from interior
- Battery life is decent, but of course for gaming needs to be plugged in
- Some issues with using the touch pad mouse only because if you are in a window and swipe your hand just right it will cause you to go to a different window. If you use a Wireless USB/Bluetooth mouse then it is no problem.
